GNDEC School of Architecture paid tribute to the healing of Mother Earth through an online gesture of Earth Day Celebrations that aimed at creating realization about the Climate change and global warming. This Day stimulates the masses to take measures in the direction of environment protection and also defines the need to conserve our planet.
GNDEC-School of Architecture, on the 50th year observance of Earth Day 2020, is striving to create awareness amongst its members and students for practicing environment friendly architecture.To manifest this, online poster making competetion was held.
” EARTH DAY 2020″ was organised by GNDEC for the students, where they potrayed their skills to demonsatrate the current day scenario and viable steps that can be taken in that regard.First, second and third position were bagged by Anudesh Saini, Jaismeen Kaur & Nitika Pathania respectively.
Dr.Sehijpal Singh, Principal-GNDEC, appreciated students sincere efforts and said that every human being has to play it’s part in order to save mother Earth.
