GNDEC participated in IKPTU Kapurthala 23rd annual athletic meet conducted in their campus stadium in which twelve different colleges participated in both men and women section events. The both teams of GNDEC,ludhiana i.e. men and women section bagged “PTU inter college men and women athletic championship trophy” by defeating CGC , landran and DAVIET, Jalandhar.
Also the athletes have bagged medals in different tracks and field events. In men section total 20 medals were bagged i.e.8 gold,5silver ,7bronze medals. In women section total 19 medals were bagged i.e. 9 gold, 3silver ,7 bronze medals.
‘Jashandeep Singh Bhullar’ of third year electronics branch of gne , ldh was declared as “PTU best athlete ” amongst boys for his record breaking performance in high jump event . All the athletes were seemed very happy after their great win and thanked the college authorities for their great trust and support.
